Booking Deposit
A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total payment after the service is completed.
Guest Policy One extra guest is allowed.
An adult must accompany children under 12.
Cancellation Policy We get it. Life happens. Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for lateness. Arrivals after this period will incur a $20 late fee, except in cases of valid reasons.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled, and a 50% service fee will apply.
No-Show Policy
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% service fee, which will be added to the balance of your next appointment.
