Booking Deposit
A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total payment after the service is completed.
Pricing & Extension Policy Important booking information: Please note that all listed service prices cover installation only and do not include the cost of hair braiding extensions. Hair braiding extensions will be selected from our in-store supply, and the cost will be added based on the number of bundles or extensions needed to achieve your desired look.
Guest Policy One extra guest is allowed. Pets are not allowed, only service animals.
An adult must accompany children under 12.
Cancellation Policy We get it. Life happens. Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for lateness. Arrivals after this period will incur a $20 late fee, except in cases of valid reasons.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled, and a 50% service fee will apply.
Late Night Service Fee
A $25 late service fee will be applied to any hair service that continues past 8:00 PM.
No-Show Policy
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% service fee, which will be added to the balance of your next appointment.
