Booking Deposit
A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total payment after the service is completed.
Pricing & Extension Policy Important booking information: Please note that all listed service prices cover installation only and do not include the cost of hair braiding extensions. Hair braiding extensions will be selected from our in-store supply, and the cost will be added based on the number of bundles or extensions needed to achieve your desired look.
Guest Policy One extra guest is allowed. Pets are not allowed, only service animals.
An adult must accompany children under 12.
Cancellation Policy A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a future appointment. Any subsequent cancellation or rescheduling of the transferred appointment may result in the deposit being forfeited. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Late Night Service Fee
To accommodate clients needing late-night scheduling requests, appointments that extends past 8:00pm will incur a $25 late service fee

Lateness Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, arriving late may result in your service being shortened or modified to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment. In such cases, the booking deposit may be forfeited in accordance with our Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy. If your stylist is running behind schedule, this policy will not apply to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible experience for all of our clients.
No-Show Policy
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% service fee, which will be added to the balance of your next appointment.
