Return Policy

We want you to love shopping with us, and we’ll do our best to make things right if you’re not happy. Here’s everything you need to know about returning items.

You can return your order as long as;

1. You return the item(s) within 30 days of buying it.

2. The product is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging (like seals, labels, or tags).

3. You have proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email or receipt).

For hygiene reasons, we can’t take back:

● Shampoos, conditioners, hair oils or styling products as they are marked as “final sale.”

● Used brushes, combs, or tools.

● Items that were customized or labeled as “Final Sale” when you bought them.

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged:

1. Let us know within 7 days of getting your order. via email help.adahairitage@gmail.com with the reason for your return, your order number and a photo of the damage.

2. We’ll replace it or give you store credit – your choice.

3. Package the item securely and send to the return address we provide.

Shipping fees are not refunded unless we made a mistake with your order.

Note: You’ll need to pay for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
