Shipping Information

We ship orders every Wednesday and Saturday using Canada Post or one of our trusted delivery drivers.

To have your order included:

● Make sure to place your order at least 24 hours before the shipping day (by Tuesday morning for Wednesday shipping, or Friday morning for Saturday shipping).

● Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped on the next delivery day.

Pickup from Our Local Home Address

If you selected pickup from our local home address, your order will be ready for pickup 24 hours after purchase. We will contact you to confirm the pickup time and provide the exact address.

Pickup Details:

• Pickup Timeframe: Orders are available for pickup 24 hours after purchase.
• Pickup Hours:  Monday – Friday 8am – 12noon, Saturday- Sunday, 10 AM – 6 PM]
• Pickup Location: [Exact address will be shared upon confirmation]
• Rescheduling: If you need to change your pickup time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Important Information:

✔ Be on time – Please arrive at your scheduled time to avoid delays.
✔ Authorized Pickup – If someone else is picking up your order, let us know in advance.
✔ Missed Pickup – If you do not pick up within 48 hours, your order may be canceled or require rescheduling.
