We ship orders every Wednesday and Saturday using Canada Post or one of our trusted delivery drivers.

● Make sure to place your order at least 24 hours before the shipping day (by Tuesday morning for Wednesday shipping, or Friday morning for Saturday shipping).

● Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped on the next delivery day.

Pickup Timeframe: Orders are available for pickup 24 hours after purchase.
Pickup Hours: Monday – Saturday 10am – 8pm, Saturday- Sunday, 2pm – 6pm

Rescheduling: If you need to change your pickup time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed Pickup – If you do not pick up within 48 hours, your order may be canceled or require rescheduling.
